MEET YO
Yo is a highly qualified therapist specialising in advanced Soft Tissue Therapy and WaveStone Massage. With extensive professional training and hands-on experience, she focuses on effective treatments designed to reduce muscular tension, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural recovery.
Yo holds a BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy, an advanced clinical qualification that focuses on the assessment and treatment of muscular pain, tension, and movement dysfunction. This training enables her to apply targeted techniques such as deep tissue work, soft tissue release, and corrective treatment approaches tailored to each client’s individual needs.
In addition to clinical soft tissue techniques, Yo is experienced in WaveStone Therapy, a specialised heated stone treatment designed to warm and relax the muscles, allowing deeper work within the soft tissues. This method helps release tightness, improve circulation, and enhance the effectiveness of therapeutic massage.
Yo also holds qualifications in Hot Stone Therapy and City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy, which includes professional facial treatments. This training provides her with a broad understanding of bodywork, skincare, and treatment techniques. Her approach combines technical skill with careful attention to each client’s physical condition, ensuring treatments are both effective and tailored to individual requirements. Yo is also qualified in Thai Massage.
